Student Travel Support

To support the participation of early-career researchers, Beyond IID 14 offers travel support for students from overseas universities. This support includes local accommodation and a waiver of the conference registration fee.

Eligibility: Applications are open to students from overseas universities. Priority will be given to:

• authors or co-authors of accepted papers or posters at Beyond IID 14 who have limited financial means to attend the conference; and
• applicants who can clearly demonstrate the academic benefits of attending Beyond IID 14.

Application Process: To apply for student travel support, please send an email to beyondiid2026@gmail.com using the following subject line:

• Application for Student Travel Support - Full Name - Affiliation

Your application email should include:

• your full name, affiliation, academic level, email address, and your supervisor's email address;
• a brief statement describing your financial need;
• your CV, attached as a PDF, including your educational background and scientific outputs; and
• a signed supporting statement from your supervisor, attached as a PDF, confirming your eligibility, recommending your attendance at Beyond IID 14, and indicating the supervisor's commitment to providing additional support for your participation, such as round-trip airfare.

Deadline and Notification: The application deadline is May 11, 2026, AoE. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Successful applicants will be notified by May 13, 2026.
