Registration for Beyond IID 14 is now open.

Registration fees:

• Regular attendees (postdoc and above): RMB 2000
• Students: RMB 1500

Step 1: Registration Form

Please complete your registration by filling out your personal details on the Microsoft Form:

Please confirm your talk or poster presentation in the form, if applicable. This will help us prepare the program and the necessary logistics.

Step 2: Payment

Please choose one of the following payment methods.

Method 1: Bank Transfer

Please arrange a bank transfer in Chinese Yuan using the details below.

It is very important to include "BIID14 + Your Full Name" as the payment reference.

Method 2: WeChat Pay

WeChat (Weixin) Pay is one of the most widely used payment methods in China and can be used in almost all shops, restaurants, and other everyday situations. It is often more convenient than carrying cash or using a physical bank card. We encourage all participants to set up WeChat Pay before traveling to China, as it will make life much easier during your stay.

There are many online guides that explain how to download WeChat, register an account, and link it to your bank card. You should be able to find one that matches your situation easily.

Once your WeChat account is set up and connected to your bank card, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below to pay the registration fee.

Payment Instructions

Step 1: Scan the QR code to access the "港中深活动缴费" (CUHK-Shenzhen Activity Payment) mini-program, and select the appropriate ticket type (e.g., Student: RMB 1500).

Step 2: Click the "Modify" button at the top to enter the payment amount. Please clear the original amount and enter the appropiate amount according to your selected ticket type (e.g., ¥1500.00).

Step 3: After confirming the amount, complete the required payment fields and proceed by clicking "Pay". Please pay particular attention to the "ID Type" field and ensure you select the correct ID type.

Reminder: The "Invoice" option (“是否开发票”) is set for collecting information for an official Chinese tax invoice (fapiao). International participants can skip it unless they need reimbursement in China. A payment receipt will be available shortly after the registration deadline due to the Finance Department’s processing procedures.

Important Notice: If the error shown below appears after you click “Pay,” it means that the payment amount was not manually updated in Step 2. Please return to Step 2 and correct the amount.

A confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address after you submit the Microsoft Form. A payment receipt will be available shortly after the registration deadline due to the Finance Department’s processing procedures. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have problems with both payment methods, please do not worry. Just send us an email at beyondiid2026@gmail.com to confirm and reserve your participation, and we will do our best to assist you and arrange for onsite payment upon your arrival. We would be very grateful if this option is used only in exceptional circumstances, as receiving the registration fee in advance helps us make the arrangements for the workshop smoothly, including refreshments, lunch, dinner, and other event logistics.
